We accept all major credit cards through PayPal with a secure payment being made via a PayPal’s own secure servers. Please refer to www.paypal.com for more details regarding their own Terms and Conditions plus buyer protection details.

Rubie Locks will ensure that orders are dispatched within the allotted time following their creation; however we will not be held liable for any losses, or expenses caused by a delay in the postal system.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the order upon delivery for any shortages or damage to goods. If there is a problem please email email@example.com immediately to inform us.
We are able to accept returns on items that are ‘in stock’ within our online shop. An exchange or credit note will be issued on unwanted items. These items can be returned within 14 days of delivery providing they are unworn with all labels intact and in the original packaging. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, once returned at your cost, a refund will only be issued after inspection if it is found to be a genuine manufacturing fault, and not damaged as such.
You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that you as the purchaser are responsible for the piece whilst in transit until it is returned to us. We therefore advise that a ‘signed for’ service is used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are unable to offer a refund on items ‘made to order’ within our online shop, that have been customised or are a bespoke order.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.
Many of our items are delicate, so please ensure that you treat your item with care whilst wearing and storing it. We also advise that all items are statement pieces and should not be washed or dry cleaned.
